Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Parking is free and there’s plenty of it! Upon arrival, expect a lively atmosphere, friendly folks, and some dope tunes. Feel free to sing along!

THE CLASSES

THE EXPERIENCE

We’ll show you around the studio and link you up with your instructor to get setup for class. Your visit is really important to us, and we want to know what’s important to you. Our goal is to deliver positive results that make you feel badass.

  • Wear whatever feels most comfortable for you to sweat in that won’t won’t fall down when you hit and lift shit. Leggings, shorts, tanks, tees…Just no denim.
  • For KBX, flip-flops are nice to have for convenience, but not mandatory. It is a barefoot workout, and socks are welcome on the mats, too. The only thing we ask is no shoes on the mats.
  • For STR class, you must bring sneakers. You’ll see running shoes, chucks, Vans, etc…just no bare feet.
  • We’ll will supply your boxing gloves and handwraps free of charge for your first class, but you are welcome to bring in your own gear if you prefer. Rental gloves and wraps are available for future visits for $5, but considering you’ll be doing this on the regs, we suggest scooping up one of our custom kickboxing equipment kits. If you love class and want to join the fam, our in-house crew will hook you TF up.
  • You can bring your favorite water bottle and fill it with filtered water here, but you can also purchase a tasty bottle of Defiance Fuel Premium Hydration Water.

Have fun, and do your best. Class is as hard as you make it, and we encourage you to pace yourself and enjoy the ride. Our team is ready to meet you where you’re at no matter your level of fitness. You don’t have to get in shape before you can take a HOTBOX class, THIS is what gets you in shape.
